American actor Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge. Her acting career began in supporting roles in the teen-oriented films Big Fat Liar (2002, 2006) and She's the Man (2006). In the FX series Dirt she played Willa McPherson as reporter. She was also in the role of a supporting character in the show that ran for a short time, The Ex List. In the initial season, she starred in the role of Moira O'Hara, an untried Moira and, in the second season, she was Kaylee. She was Jessie Anderson in the AMC series The Walking Dead and Sophie in the NBC series This Is Us. She also voices of many characters in the comedy show Family Guy. She has been the voice of Melinda "Mel" Monroe on Netflix's Virgin River since 2019. Breckenridge resided in Darien, Connecticut, until the age of 10 when she and her mother moved to California. There, they lived for a year before finally settling in Mill Valley. Breckenridge became interested in acting, photography and singing at the age of 13. She relocated to Los Angeles with her mother at the age of 15 to pursue her acting career.
